Moving

So we have been doing lots of thinking and praying on how to make our life simpler and more relaxing. We decided and felt like we needed to rent out our townhome. Both of us at first were very nervous and not sure if we wanted to. But Heavenly Father knows best and knows what is the right thing to do, so last week we put our townhome for rent.

We had a few people interested in the townhome last week, then calls stopped for a few days. So we decided to repost our ad on KSL and we received a few calls Tuesday to come look at it. So I hurried and cleaned the house and printed off rental applications before they came. They both had excellent applications but one of the families that were interested were very sweet and had an adorable little boy Aleah's age.

Him and Aleah went outside to the back yard to play and we hear Aleah squealing with excitement (hahaha) we went outside to find the little boy stomping on ants and Aleah was having so much fun giggling and watching him step on ants...well anyway they were a very cute family so I called all their references and everything seemed great. I called her back last night to see if they would like to come back the next day to meet David and to rent our townhome. She was so happy and glad I called her back. Turns out their landlord found new managers for his storage units and they needed to be out of the apartment by the 15th.
David and I feel confident renting the townhome to them...oh and she is pregnant and due right before Thanksgiving. =)

So David doesn't have to work 15 hours a day and we can enjoy the summer and our family.
